Important information
1. Please note that the name of guest checking in should be the same as the name on the credit card used for booking.
2. Hotel will email guests a billing authorization form. Guests are to complete and sign the form before sending it back to the hotel together with a copy of the credit card used for booking and their ID.
3. Upon arrival, guests must present above identification documents, as well as the credit card used for booking.
4. Please note, room rate is only for 2 adults. Any additional guests, 13 years old and above will be required to take an extra bed, which is available at an additional charge. (Please see Policies).

| Cancellation Policy: | Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot. One older child or adult is charged USD 40 per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 11.00 % Tax is included. 10.00 % service charge per room per night is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wi-fi is available in the entire hotel and costs USD 11 per hour. Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. Parking: Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed). Pets: Pets are not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. |
