ATDC Houseboat

ATDC Houseboat lets guests experience life on a traditional country rice boat, previously used to transport goods to isolated villages along the river. Travelling the scenic backwaters of Alleppey, this eco-friendly boat is made out of bamboo and coconut fibres.

ATDC Houseboat docks in Pallathuruthy and provides a chargeable transfer service from Alleppey Railway Station, 5.8 km away. It is 17.5 km from Mararikulam fishing village and 61 km from Kochi Airport.

Fully furnished rooms all come with a private balcony, a kitchen and a private bathroom. Some rooms have air conditioning at night. A TV and seating area are also included.

Guests can enjoy the scenery on the boat's sundeck. A chef on board prepares traditional Kerela cuisine with local spices and fresh seafood.
