If you are making payment using another cardholder's credit card, kindly provide the following to the hotel prior to your arrival:
1) Authorization letter with cardholder's signature
2) Copy of the cardholder's card (front and back of card with cardholder's signature)
Please note that hotel may contact the cardholder for verification purposes.
The hotel reserves the right to release the booking without prior notice if no valid credit card authorization letter and copy of credit card are received for third party bookings.

| Cancellation Policy: | Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 11 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged HKD 400 per night per person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: Tax is not applicable. 10 % service charge per room per night is not included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and costs HKD 150 per 24 hours. Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast costs HKD 215 per person per night. Parking: Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed) and costs HKD 350 per day. Pets: Pets are not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. |
