The Sun Beach Resort is designed in Arabesque-Spanish style. The fresh water swimming pools are surrounded by tiled walkways linked by stone bridges arching over the water. Refreshment areas surround the swimming pools and the fine sandy beach, which is dotted with parasols and sun loungers. The large reception area with picture windows and comfortable armchairs is very welcoming and a friendly staff is on hand to assist guests.
This busy resort has direct access to a large beach of fine golden sand and a full range of water sports. On-site is a wide choice of accommodations, bars, restaurants, and recreational facilities to cater for all age groups.

This hotel has 371 rooms, all of which have tiled floors and are equipped with satellite television and air conditioning. The rooms have multicolored decor in typical Arabesque-Spanish style. Each has a large private balcony or terrace.
The majority of amenities and activities on site are included in the rate of All Inclusive plans. Guests will not be charged extra for meals, drinks, activities, or use of most land and water-sports equipment.

The main restaurant has a fully serviced buffet serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Chefs prepare a wide choice of international cuisine and Tunisian specialty dishes.
Le Salon Bar is warmly furnished with red armchairs, wrought iron tables surrounded by indoor plants. It is open all day and serves a choice of teas, coffees, sodas, fruit juices, cocktails, local wines, and beer. During late afternoon guests are treated to a selection of cakes with tea or coffee.

The sea is safe for both swimming and leisure activities such as water skiing, windsurfing and banana boat rides.
There’s an excellent golf course just 30 minutes’ drive away in Carthage. The Golf de Carthage is a small compact course of 18 holes (4,524 metres) with a par of 66. This is a pretty course surrounded by eucalyptus, pine, cypress, palm, olive, and orange trees.

About 30 km (20 miles) northwest of Tunis is the Ichkeul National Park - the Winter home to more than 200 000 migratory waterfowl from all over Europe. They include large numbers of coot and wigeon, half a dozen species of duck,s as well as rarer birds like the purple gallinule and the park's emblem, the greylag goose.

Tunis-Carthage Airport - 35 kilometers (22 miles). Driving directions from Exit airport onto road leading to Bonj Cedria; follow the signs "Zone Touristique, first; then the hotel's signs. It takes about 40m.
