By Car:
From Cape Town International Airport:
- Take the N2 turn-off to Somerset West.
- Take Baden Powell/Stellenbosch R310 off-ramp (left).
- At the T-junction, turn left onto the R310/Stellenbosch Road.
- Continue straight.
- The road ends in a T-junction, where you need to turn right to Stellenbosch.
- At the second set of traffic lights, turn right into Dorp Street.
- Continue straight to the top of Dorp Street.
- The road bends naturally to the right.
- After the bend, take the first left into The Avenue.
- River Manor is the second house on the left-hand side

From Cape Town:
- Take the N1.
- Take the left off-ramp to Stellenbosch.
- At the T-junction, turn right to Stellenbosch.
- Enter Stellenbosch along Bird Street.
- Continue straight, passing over 2 roundabouts.
- At the T-junction, turn left into Dorp Street.
- Then, as above.

From Hermanus/Garden Route:
- Take the N2.
- Take the Stellenbosch turn-off - R44.
- Continue straight along the R44.
- On entering Stellenbosch, at the fifth set of traffic lights, turn right into Dorp Street.
- Then, as above.

From Paarl:
- Follow directions to Stellenbosch via the R44.
- At the third set of traffic lights, turn left into Bird Street - 711 Supermarket will be on your right.
- Continue straight down Bird Street.
- At the T-junction, turn left into Dorp Street.
- Then, as above.

From Franschhoek:
- Take the R310 over the Helshoogte Pass to Stellenbosch.
- Continue over the pass to the first set of traffic lights.
- At traffic lights, turn left into Cluver Road.
- At the roundabout, take the second road (Marais Street).
- Continue straight along Marais Street.
- At the T-junction, turn right into Van Riebeeck.
- Continue along Van Riebeeck and go through the first 4-way stop.
- At the second 4-way stop, turn left into Neethling Street.
- At the T-junction turn right into The Avenue.
- River Manor is the fourth house on the right after you have turned into The Avenue.
