Our four rooms are individually themed and uniquely decorated, complementing the particular character of each to offer you spacious soothing surroundings. They include king-size beds and an elegantly finished en-suite bathroom complete with a walk-in shower.

Our house is located on the serene outskirts of Somerset West, a historically rich and residential town close to Cape Town. Nestling under the Helderberg Mountains, the visually arresting town of Somerset West is situated 30 minutes from Cape Town, 10 minutes from the beach and offers country style living with all the advantages of the city.
The surroundings are dominated by the natural cape landscape, vineyards and the imposing rugged slopes of the Helderberg mountain that wind their way down to a coastline of warm water and sandy beaches. We are centrally situated close to all the major tourist attractions in the Western Cape, such as the nearby Helderberg Nature Reserve, ideal for an early morning stroll and enjoying the breathtaking views of False Bay. Visit Cape Town, explore the celebrated wine routes around the picturesque towns of Stellenbosch, Paarl and Franschhoek, or head to Hermanus for the world-famous whale watching.

By Car:
- From Cape Town international airport, take the N2 East towards Somerset West.
- After approximately 20 minutes, take the R44 Strand/Somerset West turnoff.
- Turn left at the top of the bridge.
- At the traffic lights, turn right onto the main road.
- Then turn left into Helderberg College Road. We are number 207 on the left.

| Cancellation policy: | Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 45 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later, the total price of the reservation will be charged. In case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged ZAR 50.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged ZAR 100.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included.
