From Cape Town International Airport:

- Take the N2 towards Cape Town.
- Taking the right fork (at the M3 turn-off), keep on the N2 to Cape Town.
- After passing the turn-off to the Waterfront, turn right at the next set of traffic lights into Somerset Road.
- Turn right into Wisbeach Road.
- Olaf's appears on your left-hand side.

Cancellation policy:   Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 28 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: Children older than 12 years are welcome.
All children or adults are charged ZAR 150.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
There is no capacity for cots in the room.

Deposit Policy: 30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.

Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
