Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 4 years is charged ZAR 100 per night and person in a baby cot.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.

Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 21 days prior to arrival and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 14 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
1 % city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: Wi-fi is available in the entire hotel and costs ZAR 50 per hour.

Meal Plan: Full English breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets: Pets are not allowed.


The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
