By Car:
- Travel 20 km on the N2 towards Plettenberg Bay.
- Take the Fisanthoek turn-off to the left as you enter the Harkerville area and continue for 6 km on a gravel road.
- The gates of Packwood are on the right-hand side at the top of the hill.

Cancellation policy:   Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
