If cancelled up to 46 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All children from 2 to 12 years are charged ZAR 300.00 per night and person for extra beds. All children from 2 to 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs ZAR 40.00 per hour.
