Travel information

By car:

- Arriving at Cape Town International Airport, take the N2 in the direction
of Somerset West/Paarl.
- Turn left onto the R300 and continue on that road until it merges with
the N1 (direction of Paarl).
- Take exit number 55 and turn left onto the main street.
- Continue on the main street for approximately 2,3 km.
- Turn left onto Enslin Street and take the second street on your
right-hand side (Waltham Cross Street).

Cancellation Policy:		Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 22 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: Children older than 12 years are welcome. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room. Deposit Policy: 25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 14 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. 1 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included. Internet: Wi-fi is available in the entire hotel and costs ZAR 20 per hour. Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. Parking: Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed). Pets: Pets are not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
