Directions From Cape Town:
- Travelling on the N2 from Cape Town, go past Somerset West, Caledon, Swellendam, Albertina, Mossel Bay and George;
- Approaching Knysna on the N2, cross over the Knysna Lagoon;
- Continuing for approximately 2.5 km, there will be a sign on the left-hand side of the road saying The Point";
- Turn right onto a gravel road which is the St James entrance.
Directions From Port Elizabeth:
- Travelling on the N2 from Port Elizabeth, go past Humansdorp, Storms River and Plettenberg Bay;
- Following the N2 out of Knysna, go past various African curio stalls on the left hand side of the road;
- Approximately 300m further, there will be a sign board on the left-hand side of the road saying "The Point";
- Turn left onto a gravel road which is the St James entrance.

| Cancellation Policy: | Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 61 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 60 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, no fee will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: Children older than 12 years are welcome. Baby cots are not available. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 14 % VAT is included.
