Cancellation policy:   Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: Children older than 10 years are welcome.
All children from 10 to 14 years are charged ZAR 130.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
There is no capacity for cots in the room.

Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
