Your hosts, Joyce & Graham Greenwood originally from South Derbyshire England, designed and constructed Candlewood Lodge to meet their own exacting standards and guests will feel totally at home in this sumptuous lodge. Each guest room is tastefully appointed in different styles so guests can choose which best suits them.

Each of the 6 guest rooms have been uniquely styled and have a character and theme of their own.

All rooms are equipped with queen size or twin beds, offer the finest percale linen and all other facilities to ensure you have a comfortable stay.

Knysna is situated in the heart of the Garden Route, approximately 75km from George and 260km from Port Elizabeth.

Knysna lies on the banks of a beautiful lagoon, surrounded by a natural paradise of lush indigenous forest, tranquil lakes and golden beaches.

From Cape Town:
Take the N2 to George and continue along to Knysna Town.
Go through Knysna town centre until you pass the local hospital on your left and the Kwik Spar on your right.
At the traffic lights, turn left. You will see a block of apartments in front of you which are painted blue, turn left in front of these apartments.
Then take the next left into Stinkwood Crescent, Candlewood Lodge is Number 8 just on the crest of the hill.

The hotel does not accept children under 12 years of age.
