DIRECTIONS FROM GEORGE: Take the N2 to Knysna. Drive through Knysna past the hospital on the left (traffic light), pass one more traffic light and after the Kwikspar and Caltex garage on the right, at the bottom of the hill, turn right onto George Rex Drive. Proceed with the lagoon on your right, past the Premium Hotel Resort on the right, past the golf course on the left, past the turn-off to Leisure Isle on the right, staying on George Rex, all the way to the traffic circle. Proceed around the traffic circle and take the road down the hill towards the Heads. Just before the public parking area at the end of the road, you will see Augusta Bay on the left hand side. It is the large white building above the road, with flags flying

Please note that this guest house has many stairs on the property and is not wheelchair or walking stick friendly.
Renovations is currently being done to the building opposite Augusta Bay Guest House. Working hours are from 7.30 am until 4.30 pm and only on bank opening days.

| Cancellation Policy: | Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. One children from 1 to 5 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. One children from 6 to 10 years is charged ZAR 250 per night and person in an extra bed. One children from 10 to 16 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is partially refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 14 % VAT is included. Service charge is included. 1 % city/tourist tax per room per night is included. Internet: Wi-fi is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable. Meal Plan: Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. Parking: Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed). Pets: Pets are not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. |
