Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 63 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 60 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 28 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: Children older than 12 years are welcome.
All children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night per person when using existing bedding.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.

The villa houses 4 double rooms; all are en suite with modern and fully-equipped bathrooms. The rooms have been elegantly and naturally decorated with neutral tones, textured walls and leather ottomans, while great attention has been paid to details such as the monogrammed white percale linen.

Sliding or glass doors lead outside or onto private balconies so that you have direct access to the South African sunshine. All of the beds are extra length; 2 rooms house king-size beds and 2 house 2 single beds which can be converted to king-size beds with overlays if guests require.
