Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 56 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 28 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
One children from 3 to 11 years is charged 25 % of the room stay per night in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: 25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is partially refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is not applicable.
Service charge is not applicable.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wi-fi is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).
