From the airport:

- Take the N2 to Cape Town;
- Change onto the M3 to Muizenberg/Kirstenbosch;
- At the first (and only) traffic lights, turn right towards Hout Bay on the M63;
- After passing the Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, turn right at the T-Junction;
- At Constantia Nek traffic circle go straight ahead to Hout Bay;
- After 4 km, turn right into Riverside Terrace.

Cancellation Policy:   Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 56 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 28 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
One children from 3 to 11 years is charged 25 % of the room stay per night in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: 25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is partially refundable.
