Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of ZAR 100 will be charged.
If cancelled up to 29 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children from 0 to 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children from 2 to 11 years are charged ZAR 200 per night per person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: 30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

All of the 9 rooms are en suite and tastefully decorated for style and comfort, incorporating wall-to-wall carpeting. The rooms include a bath and shower with 4 of the rooms containing Victorian baths. Amenities are available in every room, as well as an honesty bar located on the guest floor. Nearly all of the rooms are sea-facing.
