Travel information
1. Scenic Route (Approximately 60 minutes):
* Stay on the right hand side of the Freeway all the way into Cape Town.
* Proceed straight through the traffic lights marked SEA POINT /
WATERFRONT / COEN STEYTLER AVENUE.
* Continue along the topside of Cape Town City and keep on towards the mountain, eventually you will drive up a steep hill and pass the Table Mountain Cableway on your left hand side.
* Again proceed straight over the crest of the hill where you will
now be in Camps Bay Drive. This winds its way towards the sea over a 4km
distance and ends at a T Junction on the beach road.
* Turn left and follow the coastal road, you pass the Twelve Apostles Hotel on the left, Llundudno Beach on the right, Suikerbosse Restaurant on the left and then down a long hill.
* At the base of this hill is a set of traffic lights and here, left.
* Take the first road to the left called Valley Road and proceed for
1.5km and at the 2nd stop street (opposite World of Birds)
* Turn right into Welbevind Road then turn immediately left into Riverside Estates entrance.
2. Direct Route (Approximately 40 minutes)
* Proceed along the N2 to Cape Town until you reach the sign saying
Muizenburg, Constantia, Hout Bay, M3 Freeway.
* Veer left on this off-ramp.
* Continue along the M3 past UCT on your right, Rhodes Memorial on your
right (stay in the right hand lane) until you come to a sign saying
Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens (first traffic lights).
* Turn right. Pass the Kirstenbosch gardens entrance and drive on until you reach a T Junction and turn right. Wind your way up towards Constantia Nek.
* At the Constantia Nek circle turn second left out of the circle towards Hout Bay.
* Proceed down the mountain until DISA ROAD. Turn right into Disa River
Road over the small bridge and at the T Junction turn left into Valley
Road.
* Proceed along Valley Road until you reach the World of Birds on
the right, the next road at the World of Birds is called Welbevind.
* Turn left into Welbevind and immediately left into the entrance marked Riverside Estates.
