Aloe house is centrally located, only a 5-minute walk to the village, restaurants, as well as the famous cliff paths for whale-watching in season.

We have 4 standard suites that all overlook the pool and garden - each with a separate lounge area and full en-suite bathroom. There is a luxury suite that has a private garden with its own pool and BBQ area. This suite has a loft bedroom with a queen bed, a spacious lounge with a kitchenette. Shower under the stars, as the shower has a glass ceiling!

Cancellation Policy:   Cancellation Policy: Please note, if cancelled, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 28 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
Up to two children under 4 years stay free of charge for extra beds.
Up to two children from 4 to 14 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
One older child or adult is charged 66 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
1.00 % city/tourist tax per room per night is not included.

Internet: Internet via modem is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.
