Cancellation policy:   Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 60 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
Up to two children under 2 years are charged ZAR 100.00 per night and person for cots.
Up to two children under 12 years are charged ZAR 225.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Up to two children from 12 to 16 years are charged ZAR 350.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
