Travel information

From East London Airport:

1. Turn left at the airport exit on to Settlers Way. Keep left on Settlers Way until roundabout.
2. Take roundabout - do not turn left - and carry on straight after roundabout on to Fleet Street.
3. Drive straight until Fitzpatrick Road.
4. Turn left on Fitzpatrick Road and keep straight through two robots.
5. Enter the North East Expressway. Take the left hand Pearce Street exit.
6. Turn right at robot on Pearce Street.
7. Pass through the next robot and turn left on to Old Transkei Road.
8. The first right is Epsom Road. Drive straight when on Epsom Road through one 4 way stop.
9. Continue straight for +/- 2 km. Palmieros is located at 109 Epsom Road on the right hand side.

Cancellation Policy:   Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 45 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children from 2 to 11 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
