Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 28 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One children from 0 to 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
One children from 3 to 5 years is charged 25 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: 60 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

Internet: Wi-fi is available in the hotel rooms and costs ZAR 10 per hour.
