Food & beverage
In addition to our extensive existing collection, our wine cellar has seen the arrival of a number of new releases. These include private bin and Nederburg Auction wines.
Our cuisine continues to draw guests from far and wide. Our exciting and inspirational menu varies according to the seasonal availability of the fresh, organically grown produce from our farm.
Naturally this includes trout from our own water, which is caught and delivered fresh to the hotel each day. Dine by our roaring log fire or enjoy a leisurely breakfast in our sun-drenched dining room.
We are proud to have one of South Africa's best stocked whisky bars and an elegant restaurant for fine dinning.
