The breakfast room serves a full Protea breakfast daily from 07:00 to 10:00, with amazing views of the canal and shopping complex. Approximately 20 people can be accommodated inside, while another 20 are catered for on the terrace.

The cake and coffee shop becomes a bar and lounge area from 11:00 until 22:00 daily.

By Car (from Cape Town International Airport):
- Follow the signs via the N2 towards Cape Town and proceed onto the off-ramp, signposted for the N7, towards Goodwood / Epping.
- Proceed until you see signs for the N1 Cape Town.
- Exit at Sable Road junction and follow the road until the signs direct you to Protea Island Club.
