With a private heated pool, beautiful views and well-equipped rooms, the newly built, self-catering Villa Atlantica in Camps Bay can accommodate up to 12 guests in total style and comfort.

This attractive villa can be rented as 5 or 6 separate bedrooms, many of which feature Jacuzzi baths for an added level of comfort. There is a separate cottage, which serves as the 6th bedroom, with its own entrance for those who need extra privacy.

Villa Atlantica has an excellent location in the mid-section of the Camps Bay Hills, about 1 km from Camps Bay Beach, restaurants and entertainment. You can drive from this villa to the V&A Waterfront in Cape Town in 16 minutes.

You can book the villa up to one year in advance, and it is available all year round.

With hotel-like security, wireless broadband internet access and maid service 6 days a week, the villa boasts many hotel-like facilities.

Please note that rates include all taxes, fees and utilities. All towels and linens are provided by the villa, including beach towels.

The Camps Bay beachfront, with plenty of restaurants, cafés and bars, is 1 km away. There is also a deli and restaurant just 2 minutes’ walk from the villa.

Camps Bay is famous for its wide, white sandy beaches, palm-tree lined promenade and large tidal pool. This spectacularly scenic area is overlooked by Lions Head Mountain peak and backed by the majestic Twelve Apostles Mountain range.

This seaside resort has long been a favourite for both locals and holiday makers alike. The cosmopolitan beachfront is a hub of activity and energy all year round, with the main promenade boasting top class restaurants, hotels, and sidewalk cafes offering anything from a 5-course gourmet dinner or seafood platter, to a light afternoon snack to eat whilst enjoying the spectacular sunsets and sipping a decadent cocktail.

At night, Camps Bay boasts a vibrant atmosphere with its trendy bars and restaurants offering a variety of social events. The renowned Theatre on the Bay is also an major attraction.

Although Camps Bay has a special uniqueness, it has all the tourist attractions, with the world-famous, wind sheltered Clifton Beaches right next door, the city centre and V&A Waterfront just around the corner. Everything is within a short driving distance.

• From Airport: Follow N2 into Cape Town and stay left on the M3 (De Waal Drive)
• From City: Follow signs to Cable Car and over Kloof Neck (M62) and into Camps Bay via Camps Bay Drive
• Once on Camps Bay Drive, drive past the Hussar Grill Restaurant on your left and make the first left turn you can into Rottingdean Road; Villa Atlantica will be a newly built house to your right – house number 55. Mr. Amir Ovadia will be expecting you.

There is private parking for 4 cars in front of the villa.

Deposit Policy
Balance of stay is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Reservations made within 30 days to arrival will be charged 100% of total stay on the day of booking.


Cancellation Policy
A refund will only be considered if the booking is canceled 3 weeks prior to your date of arrival and subject to the condition that we are able to re-let the entire period of your confirmed reservation. Please note that 20% of the total accommodation charge per your reservation will be levied as a cancellation fee regardless.
