Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 2 years is charged ZAR 100 per night and person in a baby cot.
One children from 3 to 12 years is charged ZAR 200 per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: 25 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 3 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 14 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
1 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included.

Internet: Wi-fi is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.

Meal Plan: Breakfast costs ZAR 80 per person per night.

Parking: Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs ZAR 80 per day.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.


The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
