Table Mountain
Over the centuries Table Mountain has become one of South Africa's most famous landmarks. The steep cliffs and rocky outcrops of the mountain play home to a number of plants and animals. The best views of Cape Town are seen from the top of Table Mountain. The Cableway takes you to the summit in under 10 minutes and the cable cars rotating floor ensures that all passengers get a 360 degree aerial view of Cape Town.

Directions from Cape Town International Airport:
Take the N2 motorway towards Cape Town. Approximately 12 km after the airport, take the exit 9 M5 North, direction Milnerton (on left). Remain in the left lane and continue to join the N1 in the direction Cape Town. After 2 km take exit 4 Paarden Island towards Milnerton, Table View and West Coast.
You are now on the coastal road Otto du Plessis R27. Follow it for approximately 12 km. You will pass on your right the Bayside Shopping Centre, turn left at the next traffic lights into Porterfield Road. Take the first road left into Corlewis Road. Take the first road right into Tritonia Road.
After approximately 500m, you will arrive on the left at the Alpha du Cap Guest House on 26 Tritonia.
Directions from Cape Town City Centre/V&A Waterfront:
