By car:
- Arriving at OR Tambo International Airport, follow the R21 in the direction of
Boksburg.
- Pass the Griffths Road turn-off and after 4 km take the N12 turn-off in the
direction of to Witbank.
- Turn left onto the N12 and follow it for another 4 km.
- Take the M43 Atlas Road turn-off and turn right at the traffic lights.
- Cross over the motorway and pass 2 sets of traffic lights.
- Turn left onto Sher Road at the third set of traffic lights.
- Turn left onto Sunny Road at the boom gate; then left again onto Nagel
Street.
- Len's B&B is on the corner of Nagel and Reeva Road.

Cancellation Policy:		Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge for cots. All children under 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
