Located in the prestigious, sheltered Bantry Bay, this Mediterranean-style villa boasts wonderful sea views from its balconies, and enjoys a sunny aspect and simple but stylish interiors.

Two options are available, either the double rooms at the villa in Bantry Bay, or the self catering apartments which are in close proximity in cosmopolitan Sea Point which is within walking distance to the guesthouse.

Most of the 7 en suite double rooms have a sea view from a private balcony, or direct access to a large saltwater swimming pool from a cosy patio. The nearby self-catering apartments have no sea-view. .

All bedrooms are well-equipped, and Wi-Fi is available throughout the guest house. Big windows let in the sunshine that Villa Sunshine was so appropriately named after.

Alternatively, guests may opt for a more individual experience by staying in one of the stylish, self-catering apartments. With a large swimming pool, barbecue area as well as gym and laundry service guests have the unique opportunity of making their stay as familiar and homely as possible.

The Sea Point self catering Villa Sunshine apartments are newly renovated, luxury self catering units in a small upmarket complex complete with large swimming pool, gym and laundry.

Our guest house rates include a delicious breakfast, which is served in our breakfast room or on the sunny patio overlooking the sparkling saltwater swimming pool.

The apartments are self-catering, however you are welcome to join us for breakfast at Villa Sunshine Guest House at an extra cost, or we could provide a little breakfast basket for you at the apartments.

Bantry Bay and Sea Point are known for their near perfect climate and exclusive neighbourhoods. Midway between the Waterfront and Camps Bay, we are very well situated for easy access to the amazing variety of leisure spots on the Atlantic seaboard, its world class restaurants and shopping centres.

Clifton Beaches are within walking distance from the guesthouse and a 5 minute drive from the apartments. The famous Seapoint promenade invites for an evening stroll to watch the sunset. Table Mountain, city centre, the Convention centre as well as the 2010 World Cup football stadium are all a 5 minute drive away.

By Car
- Take N2 from airport to Cape Town, then follow directions to Seapoint (M6).
- Coming from Cape Town, take Western Boulevard (M6), which leads into Beach Road (still M6) to Seapoint.
- At the end of Beach Road you will get to a traffic circle, go up the hill towards the mountain into Queens Road.
- Do not turn right into Victoria road. Take the third left into Rochester road, where the sign for Villa Sunshine can be seen on the left side of Queens Road.
- We are on the right-hand side at the corner of Rochester Road and Kings Road.
