Luxor consists of three main areas: the city of Luxor on the east side of the Nile, the town of Karnak (north of Luxor), and Thebes which is on the west side of the Nile. Often called the world’s greatest open-air museum, Luxor has many major historical sites such as the Temple of Luxor which was once the venue of complex liturgical rites. Close by is also Karnak, a monumental complex in which the centre stood the Temple of Amun-Re, the king of gods.

Visit the small and elegant Luxor Museum built along the Nile and discover the important archaeological finds from the Theban region and some masterpieces of ancient Egyptian art.

From the West Bank, take the ferry boats to River Nile Street before turning right onto Khaled Ebn el Walid Street. Proceed until you arrive at the hotel.

The hotel is undergoing renovation until 31.03.2009 in some of main building rooms, during which time the bungalow rooms will be fully operational – with no noise disturbance noticed -along with the new pool and all the restaurants and bars. In regards to the operating main building rooms some disturbance could be noticed during working hours from 8:00 to 18:00.
