La Residence des Cascades sits at the centre of the Cascades Golf and Country Club, a stunning championship 18-hole golf course designed by Gary Player. With lush fairways and rugged desert landscape, it also comes with a 9-hole academy golf course where beginners can come to know the game better.

Les Thermes Marins des Cascades, the resort’s wellness centre, was established and operated in cooperation with Les Thermes Marins de Saint-Malo of France. It is one of the largest and most well-equipped therapy centres in the world. Treatments here include an 800m² Aquatonic Pool, fitness and nutrition programmes, a variety of hydrotherapies, seaweed wraps, underwater massages, sea-mist room, beauty care and recuperation programmes.

Soma Bay's Dive Centre is one of the largest and complete in the Red Sea and serves all of the resorts within Soma Bay from its privileged location on the House Reef. Run by the Orca Dive Clubs, it offers all the facilities of a comprehensive dive center catering to both advanced divers and beginners. The Centre has a number of unique features, including a 420-meter jetty extending directly from the Dive Center to the House Reef. It also has a fleet of dedicated dive boats and a group of professional staff. There is a large turquoise-blue lagoon in front of the reef as well, providing sheltered waters ideal for training.

La Residence des Cascades provides you with comfortable and graciously appointed guest rooms and suites with splendid views of the sea and the golf course. There are also luxurious one or two bedroom suites which comes with the same spectacular views. Most suites can be combined with a connecting room to form two or three bedroom apartment complexes.

The Eagle’s Nest
On the top floor, this British style pub is named after the many sea eagles that can be seen on the eastern coast of Soma Bay. True to its name, it dominates the entire peninsula from its privileged location.

The many outdoor terraces surrounding The Eagle’s Nest also provide a number of shisha corners. Here you can relax while gazing at the desert landscape, the sea and the starlit skies.
