These are brand new one bedroom / one bath furnished apartments with full kitchen, walk-in closet, washer and dryer, and balcony. The kitchens are also brand new and feature granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, gas stove, refrigerator, and microwave. All apartments are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted on the balcony only.
